在暑假里发现老师指导了一些团队进行项目开发，用的都是敏捷开发里的scrum开发过程，所以特地搜集了一些资料供大家参考

Scrum是一种迭代式增量软件开发过程，通常用于敏捷软件开发。Scrum在英语的意思是橄榄球里的争球。更多的介绍可以参考

STEP CAROUSEL VIEWER

Step Carousel Viewer displays images or even rich HTML by side scrolling them left or right. Users can step to any specific content on demand, or browse the gallery sequentially by stepping through x number of contents each time. A smooth sliding animation is used to transition between steps. The contents for the Step Carousel Viewer can be defined either directly inline on the page, or via Ajax and extracted from an external file instead. In both cases, the contents are simply DIVs with a shared CSS class name that wrap around each individual content.

AnimaDrag is a drag and drop plugin with a very small footprint that allows for animated easing when dragging an element. It has many fewer feature than a jQuery UI draggable widget, but is much smaller and does not depend on UI.

AnimaDrag uses animation, and has full easing support, which jQuery UI draggables do not support. This allows for a richer display of dragging, and is fun to play with.

The “wTooltip” is a lightweight, flexible tooltip that is made to be easily customized. The default behavior is the conversion of the title attribute into the tooltip, which makes quick creation of multiple tooltips on any page a snap.

There are many more advanced options, including callBefore, and callAfter parameters, which allow custom code to be integrated easily with the standard behavior. It also has an easy interface to allow the tooltip to be completely styled at the user’s discretion.

This script enhances the default “title” attribute of HTML so certain tooltips can instead get their contents from an external file, with rich HTML content and all. Integration is easy and non obtrusive, and for the sake of efficiency, the script will only use Ajax to load the tooltip’s content the very first time the user rolls over the attached element.

U盘pe制作

U盘在默认情况下是没有引导的，不想硬盘和光盘，他们都有统一的标准，规定好在哪里引导，所以U盘的启动盘制作必须把它转换为其他的格式，有五种：usb-hdd，usb-zip，usb-hdd+，usb-zip+，usb-cdrom。重名字就知道他们分别模拟那些设备，usb-hdd模拟的是硬盘模式，把U盘当成移动硬盘；usb-zip是模拟成大容量软盘模式；一般来说旧的电脑支持zip模式，新的电脑支持zip和hdd模式，当然有些较新的电脑已经不支持zip模式。为了提高兼容性，又提出了hdd+模式，这种模式在支持hdd的机上就用hdd模式，在不支持hdd模式的机子上就用zip模式；zip+的原理也是一样的。当然有人还是觉得兼容性不够，所以又提出了usb-cdrom模式，这种模式兼容性比较好，但是制作困难。

U盘只有模拟成上面5种模式之一才有可能引导，当然引导还需要引导程序，有dos引导（就是dos，xp操作系统的引导），有grub引导（linux操作系统用的引导），有bcd引导（Vista，win7用的）……引导程序有很多，最重要是兼容性要好，在任何机子上都能引导起来，兼容性好的是dos引导，功能强大的应该是grub，下面具体介绍

原理到此为止，马上上教程制作U盘启动盘：

备份你的U盘，由于U盘制作有风险，一旦失败，可能直接导致你的U盘报废。下载diskgenius（原名diskman），插入你的U盘，运行diskgenus，在左边磁盘列表上，点一下你的U盘，看到长圆柱体显示的是你U盘的信息了，

选硬盘，备份分区表，写上文件名，

然后会跳出保存好的信息。

然后由其柱状图，选备份分区到镜像文件，把文件路径填好，点开始，如果你U盘文件比较多，时间会很久，所以尽量把无用的删除掉。
下面制作U盘引导：

然后下载UltraISO，安装完后，右击UltraISO的图标，以管理员身份运行，（xp直接双击）点启动，写入硬盘镜像写入方式建议选usb-hdd然后点便捷写入，写入心得硬盘住引导记录，选usb-hdd然后选写入新的驱动器引导扇区，选windows 9x（听说这个兼容性好）这两个写入都成功的话，那你的U盘已经可以引导了，如果你不信，可以重启你的电脑，从U盘启动，然后会显示找不到两个文件（我也记不得是什么了）
加入grub引导

在网上找到一下九个文件：

每个文件解释一下，command.com，io.sys,msdos.sys是dos的文件，没有他们dos就不能启动。Dos启动完之后，不会运行grub，需要手动打grub然后回车，为了方便，用记事本写一个autoexec.bat（这个文件会告诉dos启动时就运行那些程序），里面只有一个词grub。menu.lst,fonts,grub.exe都是grub的文件，其中grub.exe是主程序，fonts是中文字体库，没有他就显示不出中文，menu.lst是grub的菜单文件，123456是标志grub所在的跟目录，这些文件有的要自己写，有的要去网上找。

找到后把这些文件拖到UltraISO的主窗体中，上面的图标号了，然后点启动，写入硬盘镜像，点便捷启动，点便捷写入grub引导制作好了，从其电脑，从U盘启动会看到下面的界面

这些都是grub菜单内容，如果看不懂可以下载grubfordos教程，找不到可以去我网站下，至此一个U盘启动盘制作完毕，里面有两个系统一个是cdlinux一个是win7pe，你可以随便增加系统如xppe，dos工具箱，只要把文件考到U盘，修改menu、即可

这里补充一下如何增加新的系统，步骤两个，意识把文件解压到U盘，二是在menu里添加几行语句即可，例如我增加一个dsl linux操作系统，就添加：

一般解决方案：

如果您想使用XeCJK来编译Latex文档，那么必须使用Texlive2008以上的版本。

而Ubuntu官方源只能提供到2007版本。那么只能去下载1.2GB的texlive镜像，手动安装。

如果您要使用Kile来编辑，又将面临来自Texlive的依赖。

fedora10的liveusb制作

fedora10有个图形界面的liveusb制作工具liveusb-creator，logo还挺漂亮。小白用了一回，貌似一路顺风，不过真正从U盘启动的时候却“不了了之”。看来这个工具不太适合小白这种RP低下的人，RP高的朋友欢迎试试。

幸亏还有个命令行界面的livecd-iso-to-disk。经试验，下列步骤可行。

1、插上U盘。
//应该会自动挂载的，记为/dev/sdb

2、用fdisk使U盘只保留一个主分区

//如果U盘从买回来以后一直没有改动过分区表，这一步可省略；改动过的化，不可能不熟悉fdisk吧^_^
3、(sudo) mkfs.vfat /dev/sdb1
//格式化为fat32，初始内容删光；可选参数 -n Fedora10，给介质一个名字
4、(sudo) parted /dev/sdb
//进入parted
toggle 1 boot
//将第一个分区标识为“活动的(bootable)”
quit
//退出parted，从而U盘可引导
5、(sudo) yum install livecd-tools
6、(sudo) /usr/bin/livecd-iso-to-disk /path/to/live.iso /dev/sdb
//可选参数–home-size-mb 512，规定/home分区大小，可持久化

OK，liveusb应该可以用了。

xetex中文终极简易配置

windows里我们用office排版，在linux咱可没必要用那么挫的玩意儿。我们可以使用latex来方便的进行专业级别的排版工作。

LATEX是一种排版系统，它非常适用于生成高印刷质量的科技和数学类文档。这个系统同样适用于生成从简单的信件到完整书籍的所有其他种类的文档，包括所谓的”ppt”。LATEX 使用TEX作为它的格式化引擎。

可是latex是外国人做的,所有要想写中文要进行少许配置。这里提供了非常简单的配置方法，一键搞定，而其中的示例文件是你学习latex的好帮手。

1.配置中文

下载这个安装包（包含adobe的字体，安装文件，和示例文件），解压，在终端里运行其中install.sh文件即可。

运行方法：打开终端，

$cd auto_zh

$./install.sh

其中test文件夹为测试，可以运行

$xelatex test.tex

会生成一个test.pdf文件，这就是我们的排版结果。

2.安装open主题

xetex也可以写”ppt”，这里是open的一个主题。安装使用方法同上。

运行其中的测试，你可以看到一个精美的演示文档生成了。

怎么样，简单吧。扔掉office一起来用latex吧。
